By downloading, installing, or using Forza Assistant ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Forza Assistant is an AI-powered personal assistant application that provides meeting recording and analysis, medical assistance tools, travel and language translation, news and finance information, weather, music identification, voice diary, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Record conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization

5. Medical Disclaimer

The Medical Assistant feature is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All AI-generated content, including prior authorization letter drafts, must be reviewed and approved by a licensed healthcare provider before use. ForzaCloudTech LLC assumes no liability for medical decisions made based on App content.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ForzaCloudTech LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Subscription and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). ForzaCloudTech LLC does not issue refunds directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForzaCloudTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ForzaCloudTech LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
